VOC Forklift overview
This VOC Forklift assessment confirms that an individual has maintained the skills and knowledge attained as per TLILIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck.

Entry Requirements
- Must hold a valid high-risk work licence
- Provide a copy of the Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Present photo I.D. on arrival
- Complete a ‘Fitness to Complete Training’ form upon arrival at the training location. The student is required to declare any medical issue that may exclude them from full participation
- Wear normal work clothing, enclosed footwear and remove all jewellery prior to commencement

Certification
On successful completion participants will receive a:
- VOC (Verification of Competency) Certificate for Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck – TLILIC0003
Although VOC assessments are conducted in line with the requirements of the relevant nationally recognised unit(s) of competency, they are not considered nationally recognised training.

This VOC Tower Crane (CT) assessment confirms that an individual has maintained the skills and knowledge attained as per CPCCLTC4001 Licence to Operate a Tower Crane.
This Operate Personnel and Materials Hoist course provides skills to operate builders’ hoists for hoisting personnel, goods, materials, covering car, structure, machinery, cantilever, tower hoists, and multiple winch operations.
Based on the National Standard for High Risk Work Licensing, this course trains individuals to operate boom-type elevating work platforms (EWP) with booms over 11 metres.
