[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The IKAR Self Lowering Reel is ideal for any working at heights application that may require self-evacuation or descent.

The device functions in the same way as an inertia reel, however, once a fall has been arrested, the device immediately lowers the user to the ground at a constant speed of 0.9m/sec.

Lengths available – 9m (5kg), 18m ( 12kg) and 30m (15kg)

All inertia reels are to be inspected every 6 months (minimum) as required by AS/NZS 1891.4:2009. Saferight offers testing, tagging and inspection services.
