This form is used by Saferight to claim CTF rebates through Saferight's bulk-billing arrangement with WA's Construction Training Fund (CTF).

This form is for those who have not yet paid or made any bookings with Saferight. If you have made a payment prior to filling in this form, you can claim directly with CTF. You may follow the step-by-step process outlined in the CTF Claim Guide.

How to Apply for CTF if You Are Unemployed

If you are currently unemployed, you can still enrol into a course on our website; however, the CTF subsidy will not be applied at the time of booking.

Once you have completed the training and secured employment in Western Australia's construction industry, you may be eligible to claim the subsidy retrospectively. To do this, you must:

Provide evidence that you gained employment in the WA construction industry within 12 months of completing the course.
Submit written confirmation of employment, including your start date, from a construction company or contractor eligible under CTF guidelines.
