Students will attain the practical application and understanding required to perform harness based work at heights, supervise other operators including those at entry level and to participate in first response rescue.
Height Safety Supervisors are responsible for overseeing safety protocols related to working at heights, ensuring that all equipment and procedures comply with safety standards. These roles are crucial in various industries, including construction, mining, and industrial operations.
Ensure all height safety measures are strictly followed.
Train staff on safe working practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee the inspection and maintenance of height safety equipment.
Large-scale construction projects requiring stringent safety measures.
Supervising height safety in mining operations, particularly in regions like the Pilbara.
Overseeing safety protocols in manufacturing and other industrial settings.
Typically between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on experience and specific job requirements.

Main eligibility criteria include: Reference and project details of 6 months of construction work in WA out of the past 12 months prior to your course commencement with Saferight.
