The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is designed to prepare participants for roles as trainers and assessors in vocational education and workplace training. The program ensures learners are equipped to deliver effective and innovative training in today’s evolving workplace environments.

This qualification fulfills the minimum educational requirements for trainers and assessors to operate independently in compliance with relevant VET legislation, frameworks, and standards. The course comprises 12 units: 6 core units and 6 electives selected to meet the skill requirements of trainers across Australia

  • Contractors: Trainers can earn up to $500/day, Assessors can earn up to $700/day

  4. Ability to read, write and understand English
