Saferight is proud to announce our partnership between Saferight and Leeuwin Ocean Adventure.
Leeuwin Ocean Adventure is a registered charity based on Victoria Quay in Fremantle. Since 1986 we have welcomed more than 40,000 young people on-board STS Leeuwin II to take part in extraordinary, ocean going adventures.
In 2018-19, 54 different organisations and individuals sponsored young Western Australians to take part in Leeuwin Ocean Adventure voyages.
Saferight understands the importance of getting the Leeuwin Ocean Adventure staff, crew and volunteers qualified to work safely at heights, confined space, provide first and CPR as well as other related nationally accredited training qualification that may be useful when working on the ship. Through this, Saferight demonstrates the commitment to develop the welfare and capability of young Western Australians through tall-ship sail training.
