Module 1 is the entry point for anyone looking to step into a training and assessment role or begin their pathway toward the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
This module covers TAEDEL311 – Provide work skill instruction & BSBCMM411 – Make presentations, introducing the core principles of vocational education and training (VET). You’ll gain an understanding of how training is planned, delivered, and assessed in line with Australian standards, while building the confidence and foundational knowledge required to deliver compliant training.
Participants are introduced to adult learning principles and effective training techniques, learning how to plan, deliver, and review engaging training sessions and presentations that reflect real-world industry practice.

Already experienced? You may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL recognises skills and knowledge gained through work, previous training, or industry experience and may reduce the time required to complete the course. This course is delivered face-to-face with blended online learning components. Participants are required to attend training at our facility for the duration of the course, with online modules completed alongside in-class sessions.
