Participants will learn how to:

  • Assess and manage confined space incidents, identify hazards, and apply risk control measures in accordance with workplace procedures.

  • Locate and assess casualties, communicate effectively with team members, and determine the safest rescue approach.

  • Gain safe entry into confined spaces, monitor atmospheres, use respiratory protection, and implement ventilation and rescue techniques.

  • Remove and treat casualties, preserve the incident scene, and complete debriefing and post-incident documentation.
