  • Senior Level/Training Managers: $100,000 – $130,000+ per year
  • Casual/Hourly Rates: $40 – $70 per hour, depending on expertise and location.
  • Contractors: Trainers can earn up to $500/day, Assessors can earn up to $700/day

To enrol in this course, participants must:

  1. Must be 18 years old and above
  2. Present a valid photo I.D. on arrival
  3. Have a USI (Unique Student Identifier)
  4. Complete a short pre-enrolment process, including: Course suitability review & Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment. If you have any concerns about your LLN skills, we encourage you to contact us before enrolling.
  5. If you have any physical conditions that may affect your ability to complete a course, please visit a doctor and obtain a “Fit for Work” certificate, and send it to our bookings email.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Already experienced? You may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL recognises skills and knowledge gained through work, previous training, or industry experience and may reduce the time required to complete the course. Credit transfer is also available for equivalent units already completed. Please contact us for more information.

Assessment is competency-based and focused on real outcomes, including:

  • Theory sessions (in class discussions and online assessments)
  • Practical scenario sessions

On successful completion of this course, students will be issued with a Nationally Recognised Qualification of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40122 and a record of results with the units of competency stated below:

  • FOOD TRUCK available from 9:00am to 9:30am (weekdays only).
  • Students will be provided with morning tea and refreshments for all courses run at Saferight.
  • Saferight has kitchen facilities, fridges and microwaves for people who wish to bring their own lunch.
  • Street-parking is available near the facility with a fee
    • If you incur any parking or train ticket fees, simply present your parking/train ticket to our front desk admin. We will happily provide you with a free $11 voucher redeemable at our on-site food truck, which is available every 9 AM on weekdays.

We welcome group and corporate bookings for this course and encourage businesses to enrol multiple participants at the same time. Discounted training rates may be available for group bookings and are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on participant numbers and delivery requirements.

20 Days (7.30 AM – 3.30 PM) – Excluding weekends and Public Holidays

This course is delivered face-to-face with blended online learning components. Participants are required to attend training at our facility for the duration of the course, with online modules completed alongside in-class sessions.

Unable to commit to 20 days?

We understand that not everyone is able to attend for the full duration consecutively. If you’re unable to complete the course in one continuous block, please speak with our team. Flexible scheduling options are available, allowing you to attend across multiple intakes throughout the year rather than over consecutive days.

You will have up to 12 months to complete all course requirements, giving you the flexibility to manage training around work and personal commitments, subject to course availability.
