Integrated Tool Carrier Ticket Perth overview
This Integrated Tool Carrier Operations course is aimed at those currently working or seeking work in operational roles in the Civil construction industries and will be required to operate an integrated tool carrier machine.
Applicants are required to hold a valid Class C licence as a minimum. If you’ve just arrived in Australia, you can join the course with your international C-Class licence, as it’s valid for up to three months. After that, you’ll need a WA driver’s licence or an International Driver’s Licence Permit (IDP) to participate.
Students will attain the theoretical knowledge and practical application and understanding required to safely and efficiently operate a wheeled front-end loader and integrated tool carrier, and will be able to:
Plan Wheeled Front End Loader & Integrated Tool Carrier Operations
- Interpret documentation
- Clarify instructions
- Identify hazards
- Select PPE
- Arrange traffic signage
- Choose suitable equipment
- Prepare for emergencies, and coordinate on-site.
Operate Integrated Tool Carrier
- Conduct pre-start checks
- Rectify/report faults, drive and operate adapting to work conditions
- Monitor hazards and safety, and manage equipment performance.
- Shut down and inspect equipment after use.
Load Handling
- Confirm load weight, use lifting gear safely
- Position machinery effectively, shift load using communication signals, and perform post-operation inspection.
- Ensure safe load weight
- Position machinery for effective material handling
- Shift materials safely using signals
- Perform post-operational inspection
Relocation
- Prepare for relocation
- Safely move between areas, assist in loading/unloading.
- Prepare and move the tool carrier according to traffic rules.
Select, use, and remove attachments
- Choose appropriate attachments
- Fit and test attachments
- Use attachments within design limits
- Remove and store attachments properly
Housekeeping
- Clean work area
- Manage hazards and complete necessary documentation.

Entry Requirements
To enter the Integrated Tool Carrier Ticket in Perth WA, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years old and above

- Please note, Saferight reserves the right to cancel your enrolment if this documentation is not provided and you are deemed unfit for training. Additionally, cancellation fees will apply if adequate notice is not given.
- Wear steel cap boots, long pants, and a long-sleeved shirt
- Bring along a hi-vis vest
- Ability to read, write and understand English

If your LLN skills are assessed as needing improvement to meet the course requirements, we may recommend additional support or training to help you succeed. If you have any concerns about your LLN skills, we encourage you to contact us before enrolling.
- Individuals holding a student visa are not eligible to enrol in, participate in, or attend this course, whether face-to-face or online, as Saferight is not registered with CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students).
